Doggie Don't Inc. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Agreement

All Wholesale and Distributor Accounts purchasing at less than retail with the intent to resell The Doggie Don't Device, you agree to MAP Pricing Agreement and to not sell our product(s) on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, eBay.com, and Walmart.com

Doggie Don't Inc. actively supports the advertising and promotion of its products by dealers and distributors. We at Doggie Don't Inc. have determined that we shall not support advertising , cooperative advertising or promotional materials that have the effect of diminishing or detracting from the perceived value of Doggie Don't Inc. products.

We have implemented this MAP policy to preserve our strong reputation for providing customers with a high value product and quality customer support. We greatly value the efforts of all resellers to distribute our products and support their customers.

The Map policy shall work under the following guidelines:

The MAP for all Doggie Don't Inc. products shall not be less than $49.95 for each Doggie Don't Device.
The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of The Doggie Don't Device in any and all media, including , but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage. The MAP policy is not applicable to any in-store advertising that is displayed only in the physical store and not distributed to any customer(s).
If pricing is displayed, any strike-through or other alteration on Minimum Advertised Price is prohibited.
MAP only applies to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual consumer within the dealer's retail location or over the telephone. Doggie Don't Inc. dealers and distributers remain free to sell the product at any price they choose.
MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices. All dealers and distributors may offer Doggie Don't Inc. products at any price in excess of the MAP. Internet auctions may not display or have a reserved bid other than MAP price.
Doggie Don't Inc. policy does not in any way limit the ability of any dealer to advertise that they have the lowest prices or they will meet any competitor's price as long as the price advertised or listed for the product is not lower than MAP.
Doggie Don't Inc. reserves the right to adjust the MAP with respect to all products at its sole discretion. Such changes shall apply equally to all Doggie Don't Inc. dealers and distributors.
Intentional or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of dealership or distributorship. Doggie Don't does not intend to do business with dealers or distributors who devalue the image of Doggie Don't Inc. and its products.
Doggie Don't Inc. is not required to provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking any action under this policy. This MAP policy has been established by Doggie Don't Inc. to help ensure the legacy of Doggie Don't Inc. as a top producer of high quality products and to protect the reputation of its name and products. This MAP policy is also designed to ensure dealers and distributors have the incentive to invest resources into services for Doggie Don't Inc. customers.

This form shall be signed and returned to Doggie Don't Inc. and in doing so will bind the retailer to abide by the MAP and reseller requirements spelled out in this document.
