If your DOGGIE DON’T™ Device item arrived damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective. If you are returning your DOGGIE DON’T™ Device for any other reason, please email us within 10 days of delivery. Your email must contain your order number, order date and your contact information including your email address. Once we receive your return and all original packaging and batteries you will be issued a credit amount for the purchase price less shipping and handling. You are responsible for all shipping costs which includes shipping back to us.
Your DOGGIE DON’T™ Device must be sent back to us in the original packaging with the 2 lithium batteries that were included.
Please package your device securely and include your order number, your contact information and your reason for returning the device.
Please get a tracking number from your carrier and save that in case we need to track your return.
